What YOU Will Do: · Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations with attention to detail and quality · Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations · Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job · Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices · Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct at all times · Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency What We Need from YOU: · Helper Position: 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience minimum · Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills · Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively · Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment · Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen · Physical dexterity

Requirements

Helper Position: 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience minimum
Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment
Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
Physical dexterity
