Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• To be considered for employment, all candidates must successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screens.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year HVAC experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills or experience with hand tools is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Carry and organize tools, equipment, and materials needed for each job.
• Learn and follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support lead installers by handling basic tasks such as measuring, cutting, and securing materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of old equipment and materials.
• Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions from lead installers and supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
