About this role: Performs semi-skilled work in installation of HVAC systems with direct supervision. In this role, you will be responsible for: Assist in the installation of HVAC system with standard trade practices. Required to push, pull, climb, crawl or lift 75 + pounds. Required to work on scaffolds and ladders, at various heights. Perform work under the direction of the assigned mechanic and/or supervisor. Subject to inspection for workmanship and appearance during progress and upon completion. Complies with safety, company and builders’ policies. Additional duties as assigned. The physical requirements of this job include: Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally Climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine detail work. Ability to drive. Working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, attics, crawlspaces. Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone. Use hands to handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch. The work requires regular exposure to extreme temperatures both indoors and outdoors, such as heat or cold, and adverse weather conditions such as wind, rain, ice or snow. Requirements

Good Driving Record preferred but not required.
Ability to pay attention to detail and work in team effort.
Knowledge and experience with hand and power tools.
Having a positive attitude, being open minded and willing to learn
Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
Climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine detail work.
Ability to drive.
