HVAC Install Helper
About The Position
RESPONSIBILTIES: Work closely with the Installation department and any others necessary to provide timely and accurate installation in accordance with company standards and procedures.Provide excellent customer serviceServe customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedule, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problemsFor each installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete itDocument work performed in accordance with company procedureMaintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standardsMaintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditionsAll other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager QUALIFICATIONS:Basic HVAC knowledgeMust pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screenGood work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.Physical dexterity BENEFITS:Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision, Group Life, HSA, Matching 401k benefitsPaid HolidaysPaid Vacation after 90 DaysParental LeaveBirthday Pay
Requirements
- Basic HVAC knowledge
- Must pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screen
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
