Requirements

Eagerness to learn and grow in the HVAC field.
Ability to work well on a team and follow direction.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems (experience is a plus but not required).
Clean driving record.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Manual dexterity and physical stamina.

Responsibilities

Assist with the installation of air conditioners, furnaces, duct systems, heat pumps and accessories (air filters, thermostats, etc.) for A.B. May’s residential customers.
Support Lead Installers by preparing tools, materials and equipment for each job.
Help maintain a clean and organized worksite.
Learn proper testing and inspection procedures to ensure system functionality.
Follow all safety policies and procedures to protect yourself, your team and our customers.
Grow your technical knowledge and skills through hands-on training and mentorship.
