About The Position

Responsibilities:
- Assist the HVAC Technician in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems
- Follow safety procedures and industry regulations
- Learn and apply knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components
- Transport materials and tools to job sites
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in HVAC or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
