Requirements
- 1+ year of construction, mechanical, or HVAC experience preferred (not required)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics and outdoor conditions
- Valid Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Team-player attitude
- Punctual and dependable
- If you’re coachable and motivated, we can teach the rest.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with removal and installation of HVAC systems
- Carrying and loading equipment and materials
- Setting condensers, air handlers, furnaces, and ductwork
- Running line sets and assisting with basic wiring
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site
- Communicating professionally with homeowners
- Learning installation procedures and safety standards
