Requirements
- EPA Certification. We will help you get your RMGA!
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience (6+ months) with certification from a technical/trade school
- An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Professionalism, you take pride in your work and your appearance
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors
Responsibilities
- Assist with installing HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
- Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
