About The Position
At One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, we pride ourselves on our outstanding installation team. We're looking for dedicated professionals who are committed to safety, reliability, and personal growth to join us as Install Helpers. As an Install Helper, you'll play a vital role in our team, assisting our Lead Installers in completing repairs and installations while delivering superior service to our customers. We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, accountable, and eager to learn. If you're ready to be part of a team where your efforts directly impact the customer experience and you have a passion for HVAC and generator systems, then we want to hear from you. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
