About The Position

We are seeking energetic, dependable helpers who are interested in continuing their growth in this trade by assisting Lead Installation Mechanics with adding onto or replacing old worn-out HVAC systems.

Requirements

• Some level of HVAC experience in the field or through school.
• EPA Certification (assistance may be provided if not already obtained).
• Proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects regularly.
• Availability to work long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (required for advancement).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in HVAC installation or related fields.
• Strong interest in professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installation Mechanics with HVAC system installations and replacements.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Participate in paid orientation and training.
• Report daily to the warehouse to meet with Lead Installer and load parts onto the truck.
• Maintain a professional appearance with provided uniforms.
