Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum five (5) years of experience installing residential HVAC systems
At least three (3) years in a supervisory role, managing HVAC install teams
Strong working knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation techniques, and building codes
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
Proficient in job tracking and reporting tools
Safety-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
A passion for building and leading high-performance install teams

Responsibilities

This role requires on-site presence at job locations.
Supervise HVAC installation projects to ensure timely, high-quality, and code-compliant work
Coordinate labor resources to maximize efficiency and minimize jobsite downtime
Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to installation teams to support skill development and retention
Ensure all installation crews adhere to safety policies and procedures
Manage daily jobsite logistics, including equipment, materials, and schedule adherence
Conduct quality control inspections and ensure proper documentation and reporting
Track project progress and labor performance, addressing inefficiencies proactively
Communicate effectively with customers, builders, and internal teams to ensure installation satisfaction
Resolve escalated install-related concerns, ensuring a commitment to 100% customer satisfaction
Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch to align resources with project needs
Drive installation excellence through consistent coaching and accountability
