Requirements

• Positive attitude + solid work ethic = you're in
• Outgoing, respectful, and eager to learn
• Mechanical or HVAC experience? Cool, but not required
• Detail-oriented and not afraid of a little problem-solving
• Can communicate like a human (not a robot)

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment like a boss (we’ll train you)
• Train, learn, grow, repeat
• Stay curious, coachable, and keep leveling up (attitude is everything)
• Occasionally travel overnight for training or industry events (on us!)
• Represent the company like a legend in front of our customers
