Job Overview: What You'll Be Doing: Assist with HVAC system installations in residential homes Help set equipment, run ductwork, and prepare job sites Learn proper installation techniques-not shortcuts Keep tools, trucks, and job sites clean and organized Support the lead installer and contribute to the team Ask questions, learn fast, and take ownership of your growth What We're Looking For: No experience required-but construction or mechanical experience is a plus Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Good attitude and ability to take direction Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug test Offer of employment is contingent on a criminal background check and drug screen.
Requirements
