Support safe and accurate installation practices, ensuring work is completed to code and company standards. Communicate with homeowners to explain the scope of work, answer basic questions, and set clear expectations. Proactively support the installation of air quality products (humidifiers, UV lights, filtration systems, etc.) and other comfort add-ons. Help conduct full-home walk-throughs and safety checks (typically 60–90 minutes per visit) to support lead technicians. Document completed work and assist with preparing quotes or invoices using company software (ServiceTitan). Participate in ongoing training programs to grow your technical skills, job site efficiency, and customer service confidence. What success looks like: Support the successful completion of the Installs each day Assist in achieving a high standard of workmanship with minimal rework. Ensure every job includes a completed safety inspection and proper system startup. Help promote air quality upgrades and membership plans through education and enthusiasm. Maintain a callback/revisit rate under 3% by focusing on quality and attention to detail. Foster positive homeowner relationships by being respectful, professional, and reliable on every visit.
