Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Interest in enrolling in HVAC apprenticeship school (PHCC)
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work at heights, and in variable weather
  • Willingness to follow directions and commit to learning
  • Strong communication and time management skills

Nice To Haves

  • One year of related experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Reading blueprints and system schematics
  • Installing ductwork, valves, hangers, and fittings
  • Assisting with system tests and leak detection
  • Performing general labor, material handling, and cleanup
  • Prioritizing safety and quality at every job site
