About The Position

HVAC Install Helper Holt is a trusted home service provider specializing in plumbing, drains, heating, cooling, and electrical services. What You Will Do: Installing residential HVAC equipment in a mainly retrofit environment along with some light commercial and a few new construction projects every year. Someone who can work and think independently as well as with a team. Present the company’s philosophy of caring for the customer in a manner that leaves a favorable impression What You Will Bring: One year of experience needed. Certification from a technical school a plus. Maintain high safety and quality standards. Ability to work with mobile devices for communication with customers and office. Communicate effectively with coworkers, contractors, wholesalers and customers. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements). Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms). Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment. Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
