If you are Interested in the opportunity to work for a growing company that is family owned and respected, Capitol Group is seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales and customer satisfaction by answering rollover calls and assisting customers from all branches with product selection and purchases.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of sales and/or customer service experience.
• HVAC sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for pricing and quotations, scheduling deliveries and installations, addressing complaints, and providing customer follow-ups.
• Advises, assists, and actively upsells all customers on complimentary products above and beyond the original order.
• Travels to other branches as needed to provide sales counter back-up.
