About The Position

The HVAC Helper role is for a dependable self-starter who provides exceptional customer service, possesses leadership qualities, and enjoys working with a team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn new ideas, methods, and perspectives. This position requires availability for rotating nights and weekends, and the ability to withstand heat conditions, climb ladders, and access attics. Strong organizational, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and pass a pre-employment background check. Compensation starts at $18.00 hourly and includes training and development, a full benefit package, a company vehicle, a gas card, and company uniforms.
