HVAC Helper
About The Position
Air One Industries, a Fidelity Company, is seeking a motivated and reliable HVAC Helper to assist our technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to start a career in the skilled trades and gain hands-on experience in the HVAC industry. Requirements
- Trade school or HVAC certification (or currently enrolled)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- EPA certification (or willingness to obtain
- 0–2 years of experience in construction, mechanical, or HVAC-related work (preferred but not required)
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Assist HVAC technicians with installation of heating and cooling systems
- Help with routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs
- Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Support troubleshooting efforts and learn diagnostic techniques
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
