About The Position

Synergy Companies is looking for a new HVAC helper to join our Stockton team. Requirements

Previous experience in HVAC required ( 1 year)
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
High school graduate
EPA certification (Required)
Understanding of rules, regulations, and codes
Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, or/and kneel continually

Responsibilities

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system
Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Respond to emergency maintenance requests
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Test and sealing of ducting system
Provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete task on time.
