About The Position
We are seeking a skilled HVAC technician to join our Facilities team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of apprenticeship experience or equivalent in the HVAC field. This position requires proficiency in the operation, diagnosis, and repair of both steam and hot water boilers, as well as experience with various commercial AC equipment. The technician will also need to be able to read, monitor, and program Building Automation Systems (BAS) and have experience with kitchen refrigeration. The role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires physical stamina and manual dexterity.
