Pearce Services is seeking skilled and motivated entry level technicians to join their team in servicing and repairing commercial generators and HVAC equipment on cell tower and telecom sites. Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license for at least a year with an acceptable driving record
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Must be able to comply with OSHA Standards
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.; climb, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
Willingness to travel extensively to telecom sites and perform independent field work
Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations
Must be able to meet the requirements of a DOT driver including physical, background and driving record
Ability to operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements

Nice To Haves

1+ year generator and/or HVAC service experience (technical school accepted)
Experience with ATS, electrical troubleshooting, and critical power systems
EPA Universal or Type II Certification
EGSA certification
Knowledge of FCC, FAA, EPA, OSHA standards

Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and repair generators, and HVAC systems at telecom and cell tower sites.
Maintain commercial package cooling systems supporting telecom equipment shelters.
Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, load-bank testing, and performance checks.
Perform basic generator repairs, oil changes, lubrication, and fuel system maintenance.
Respond to 24/7 emergency callouts and complete accurate service reports.
