About The Position

This role serves as a senior, roving maintenance technician responsible for strengthening HVAC performance and preventative maintenance across the portfolio. In addition to hands-on HVAC responsibilities, this role provides portfolio-wide maintenance support by filling staffing gaps, assisting sites with inspection readiness and driving consistency in preventative maintenance practices. Working closely with the Director of Facilities, this position helps establish standards, refine best practices, and ensure building systems are operated safely, efficiently, and consistently across all sites.
