The candidate will provide expert-level technical analysis and advisory services based on a comprehensive operational knowledge of diverse HVAC systems. They must be able to diagnose and report on the performance of equipment, both as standalone units and as integrated components. This expertise must encompass primary cooling and heating plants like air-cooled and water-cooled chillers and various condensing and non-condensing boilers; hydronic and pumping systems including four-pipe and two-pipe hydronic loops, as well as water-sourced and geothermal heat pumps; direct expansion and refrigerant systems such as VRF, mini-splits, multi-splits, and packaged units; and terminal or air-side units like Fan Coil Units, Variable Air Volume units, and cabinet heaters, and fossil fuel-fired units.
