About The Position

Job Summary: Assist in servicing products and equipment at customer locations, performing routine repairs and maintenance tasks. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assists in servicing products and equipment. Identifies, analyzes, and performs routine repairs on instruments and products at customer locations. Performs routine preventive maintenance, site surveys, installations, and modifications. Determines parts needed for repairs and their timely order. Maintains inventory stock and equipment, documents service-related activities. Provides training, re-training, and follow-up at customer sites. Education and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma. Associate or Technical degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred. 1 to 2 years’ experience working in a customer service role or related position preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficiency in all MS Office programs. Proficient in MS Office programs Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Capable of working independently and collaboratively Pay high attention to detail. Possesses strong multitasking and organizational skills. Work Environment and Essential Physical Functions: Drive a vehicle for up to 95 percent of the hours worked. Maintain company vehicle (oil and fluid changes, tires, alignments, tune-ups, etc.) Frequent exposure to manufacturing facilities with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure. Lift up to 50lbs. Ability to sit comfortably for prolonged periods of time. Requirements
