About The Position
We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Technician to join a growing residential HVAC company in the Greater Danbury area. This is a hands-on role focused on servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of service field experience (residential customer base)
- 3+ years leading a team or working as a lead on a team
- HVAC certification/license as required by Connecticut
- Excellent communication and customer service skills - someone who loves working with people!
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential HVAC systems
- Field work, working with the Service Manager
- Install and replace parts, components, and entire systems as needed
- Provide homeowners with clear, professional updates on work performed
