About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Facilities Maintenance Senior Lead – HVAC Certified to oversee third-shift maintenance operations within our facility. This leadership role combines hands-on technical expertise with team supervision to ensure the proper functioning of building systems and infrastructure during overnight operations. The Senior Lead will supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing direction, support, and troubleshooting assistance to address facility needs in real time. Responsibilities include executing and monitoring preventive maintenance activities, responding to urgent repair needs, ensuring equipment and system reliability, and upholding safety standards throughout the shift. This position requires a valid HVAC certification, strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and general building systems, and proven leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to balance hands-on repair work with shift coordination and effective team communication.
