HVAC Facilities Engineer III (Harrah's Laughlin)
About The Position
The Facilities Engineer plays a key role in keeping Harrah’s Laughlin operating at its best, with a strong emphasis on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC and mechanical systems throughout the property. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in optimizing building comfort, ensuring equipment reliability, and applying advanced diagnostic skills to a wide range of systems. You’ll work hands‑on with chillers, boilers, air handlers, refrigeration units, exhaust systems, and other critical infrastructure while also supporting additional building trades as needed. As part of our Facilities team, you’ll combine technical expertise with forward‑thinking problem solving to keep guests comfortable and operations running smoothly — all while delivering the level of service that reflects Harrah’s signature Family Style Service.
