About The Position
Hamstra Heating and Cooling has been serving the Tucson and surrounding area for 41 years. The Service Technician Level II is a field position intended for technicians who have a proficient level of industry knowledge and experience in the HVAC trade. The position is responsible for performing diagnostics/troubleshooting, repairs, and conducting maintenance calls on residential and light commercial heating & air conditioning systems. The technician will continuously be trained in client interaction, representing Hamstra's mission and values, and in all technical aspects of this position. Present repair and replacement options to the client. Perform all work according to company standards. The candidate will always provide an unmatched client experience and appropriately support and represent Hamstra's Mission and Values.
