Pay Scale: Up to $65,000+ Annually Work Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm with overtime as needed. Primary Job Function: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers while encouraging high quality and timely job performance.

Requirements

  • All Level 1 and 2 qualifications
  • Level 3 tools
  • Valid EPA certification for Level 1 and 2
  • Universal refrigeration license
  • Proficient in installing both round and rectangular duct
  • Measuring ductwork
  • Installing equipment accessories
  • Basic understanding of complex sheet metal fittings
  • Experience with mini-split units
  • Ability to complete simple low-voltage connections on HVAC systems
  • Strong customer relations
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to complete paperwork and change orders
  • Testing line sets and setting pressures during start-ups
  • Supervising and training others
