Pay Scale: Up to $65,000+ Annually Work Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm with overtime as needed. Primary Job Function: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers while encouraging high quality and timely job performance.
Requirements
- All Level 1 and 2 qualifications
- Level 3 tools
- Valid EPA certification for Level 1 and 2
- Universal refrigeration license
- Proficient in installing both round and rectangular duct
- Measuring ductwork
- Installing equipment accessories
- Basic understanding of complex sheet metal fittings
- Experience with mini-split units
- Ability to complete simple low-voltage connections on HVAC systems
- Strong customer relations
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to complete paperwork and change orders
- Testing line sets and setting pressures during start-ups
- Supervising and training others

- Prepare for the NATE core test
