Requirements
- HVAC Journeyman license or equivalent commercial experience
- 3+ years of commercial service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities
- EPA Certification (required)
- Experience with rooftop units, boilers, hydronic systems, and commercial controls
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Professional demeanor and strong customer communication skills
- Commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers, and controls
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues
- Interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Accurately document service calls, recommendations, and completed work
- Communicate clearly with property managers, facility directors, and business owners
- Identify and recommend system improvements, upgrades, or other products and services provided by Western, when appropriate
