Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to identify materials, labor, and equipment requirements.
• Conduct material take-offs to determine the quantities and costs of HVAC components.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely bidding on projects.
• Maintain organized documentation of all estimates, proposals, and bid information.
