About The Position

The Equipment Customer Manager (EqCM) drives service excellence for Equipment North America customers. This role serves as the central connection point between the sales, service, and operations teams, ensuring that every project transitions smoothly from the initial estimate to startup. The EqCM is responsible for championing service readiness, ensuring warranty accuracy, and maintaining high customer satisfaction, all while keeping projects on track and resolving any issues that arise.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of industry experience or a technical engineering/construction degree.
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with SAEs during estimating to define service scope and support custom service quoting.
  • Coordinate technician readiness, training needs, and startup execution.
  • Lead service turnover meetings and maintain clear communication across SAEs, BOMs, CRCs, and customers.
  • Ensure accurate asset setup, warranty validation, and timely invoicing.
  • Serve as the primary contact for warranty requests and escalate issues to keep work on track.
  • Introduce Connected Services and support customers with technical and service‑related needs.
