Successful candidates must live in or near Cedar Rapids or Waterloo, Iowa, and be willing to travel between these two cities using a company-provided vehicle.

Requirements

Associate's degree or Diploma in HVAC program.
1-3 years of relevant industry experience or a combination of training, education, and work experience in a related field required.
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Driving a company truck to residential homes to perform energy efficiency work
Installing energy-saving measures (smart thermostats, lighting, aerators, etc.)
Performing home energy assessments and installing and troubleshooting AC load control devices
