HVAC Duct Lead Technician
About The Position
We are seeking a dependable HVAC Duct Lead Install Technician to install residential HVAC ductwork and insulation. This role focuses on quality workmanship, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have experience with duct systems, insulation, and working safely in confined spaces. For more than 80 years, HELP has provided HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services to families throughout Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana. Requirements
- Experience in HVAC duct installation, insulation, or construction
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, on ladders, and in varying conditions
Responsibilities
- Review daily schedules and ensure truck is stocked with tools and materials
- Install HVAC ducting and insulation per specifications and safety standards
- Measure, cut, seal, and secure insulation materials
- Install vapor barriers and air-sealing components as needed
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Track materials used and maintain clean job sites
