KEP is seeking a dedicated and organized HVAC Dispatcher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will coordinate daily service calls, ensure efficient scheduling of HVAC technicians, and maintain exceptional communication with both customers and staff. While prior dispatching experience is beneficial, we welcome candidates who bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Use phone and computer systems to dispatch HVAC technicians to appropriate job sites. Monitor technician routes and job progress, coordinating and adjusting schedules as needed. Provide technicians with detailed job information, traffic updates, and any customer-specific instructions. Accurately record all service activity, calls, and job information in company systems. Prioritize and schedule service calls based on urgency, customer needs, and technician availability. Communicate proactively with customers regarding appointment times, delays, and service updates. Work closely with office staff and management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Contribute as a positive team player in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
