Key Duties and Responsibilities: Answer incoming service calls and schedule appointments promptly Dispatch technicians to jobs based on skills, availability, and location Provide customers with scheduling updates, delays, and job status information Support technicians throughout the day with job details and clear communication Monitor routes and workloads to maximize efficiency and productivity Collaborate with service managers to resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize urgent calls Maintain accurate service records, work orders and documentation in company systems Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and reporting when needed QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service (HVAC or home services preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills Ability to stay calm and solutions-oriented in fast-paced or urgent situations Comfortable using dispatch or scheduling software and general computer systems Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
