About The Position

Hammond Services in Griffin GA has an immediate opening for a Dispatcher to join our team. The position will require the candidate to work from the office, Monday - Friday, 9a - 6p and Saturday rotation, some overtime. Bonuses for the dispatch department can be earned by meeting monthly revenue department goals. As the first contact for our company, you will be setting the example for the quality and professionalism of our company. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar position where they have been responsible for greeting visitors and working with a multi-line phone system. Characteristics desired are a friendly, outgoing personality, pleasant phone voice, ability to deal with customer issues in a friendly, professional manner, awareness of surroundings, seeing what needs to be done, and taking care of it. Pay Rate: Up to $20/hour with the potential to earn up to an additional $100 per week for meeting department goals.

Requirements

• Prior dispatching experience - desired
• Solid work history (candidates with frequent job changes will not be considered)
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experience working with a multi-line phone system

• Setting up and scheduling service calls according to company policies
