About The Position

The HVAC Dispatcher will provide dispatching support for HVAC Installers/Technicians and Plumbers. Must have experience dispatching in same or similar background. Additional duties include answering a large amount of telephone calls, scheduling preventative maintenance work and return goods functions. May also include purchasing and buying install and repair equipment and parts. Will work with large amounts of paperwork and some company and scheduling software systems. Very fast-paced and busy environment.

Requirements

• Experience dispatching in same or similar background
• Accuracy and good clerical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good multi-tasking skills
• Familiarity with and proficiency in typical office computer programs
• Current, valid PA driver's license
• Diploma or GED
• Well-versed in telephone etiquette
• Ability to work with and around an assortment of varied personality types
