Purpose We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technicians, customers, and customer service representatives, providing exceptional support and coordination. Your ability to communicate clearly, manage schedules, and analyze information will be critical in resolving technician inquiries, managing client appointments, and assisting customer service representatives with scheduling.
