We are looking for professional, client-focused sales experts who excel at building trust, designing tailored comfort solutions, and guiding homeowners through important investment decisions with confidence and integrity. Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year of residential HVAC sales experience (required).
  • At least two (2) years of in-home sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to assess needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or ServiceTitan (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the Naples and Bonita Springs service areas (highly desirable).
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of HVAC sales projects, from initial in-home assessment and bidding through execution and close-out.
  • Conduct comprehensive in-home evaluations of HVAC systems, assessing equipment type, age, efficiency, and homeowner preferences.
  • Design customized comfort solutions tailored to each homeowner’s needs and budget.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive, professional sales presentations that clearly communicate value.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to finalize scope, pricing, and project details.
  • Assist homeowners with financing options when needed to ensure accessibility and ease of purchase.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project updates, and sales progress using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceTitan.
  • Manage scheduling, change orders, submittals, and close-out documentation to ensure seamless execution.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the homeowner and the company, addressing questions or concerns promptly.
  • Cultivate long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business.
  • Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training to continually elevate performance.
