We have worked hard to become known throughout Central and South Texas as People Who CARE. We are looking for a Full -Time Customer Service Representative to add to our HVAC Service Department! You will work with the rest of our CSR team to schedule customers, resolve customer complaints, dispatch our service technicians, and perform other duties as assigned. Our Ideal Candidate: The ideal Candidate will be very organized, have knowledge in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, have a strong attention to detail, have time management skills and excellent communication skills with both co -workers and customers, and have reliable transportation to and from the office. Significant additional pay for being on call, working nights, weekends and holidays.
