Requirements

  • 3+ years customer service experience in HVAC
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Multi-tasking ability in fast-paced environment
  • Computer proficiency
  • Experience handling payments and basic accounting
  • Proven track record of conflict resolution
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume customer communications via phone and email
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently
  • Process service requests, quotes, and customer payments
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service histories
  • Coordinate with field technicians to optimize daily routes
  • Process invoices and manage basic accounting tasks
