Requirements

Customer Service experience required.
Computer literate and able to learn an inventory system.
High school diploma or GED completion is required.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
The physical abilities required for this position include walking; grasping; kneeling; crawling; reaching; carrying; stooping; crouching; standing; sitting; climbing; lifting (up to 100lbs).
Employment is contingent upon completion of a successful Background Check, Drug Screen, and Motor Vehicle Report.

Nice To Haves

Sales experience is preferred
Distributor knowledge preferred.
HVAC knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting customers in a prompt professional manner
Answering customer calls professionally, politely and promptly on a multi extension phone
Assist with pulling orders and entry into the database for processing
Provide recommendations or solutions to customers regarding HVAC products
Accurately process orders and manage customer accounts
Stock inventory as needed in the showroom
Price out basic quotes & product availability from vendors
Process warranty claims
General cleaning & showroom upkeep
Other duties as assigned
