In this role, you will be responsible for installation, programming, and service of commercial building digital control systems. These responsibilities will increase based on exposure to tasks, ability to develop troubleshooting skill set, and consistent and accurate completion of assignments. The Building Automation Systems (BAS) you will be installing and servicing includes but is not limited to Daikin branded controls or third-party controls system. Location: Tampa, FL. - Onsite What you will do: Provide responsive and professional customer service with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships Identify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems Perform preventative maintenance, commissioning, and replacement modifications as needed or requested by customers Maintain building automation systems by inspecting trend logs, reports, schedules, applications, hardware, and programming Provide controls technical support to HVAC technicians Create and/or implement programming and graphics for new installations and retrofit projects Commission controls installations and verify that control sequences meet scope, design, or specifications Record and report billing, inventory, timecards, technician tip reports, and other articles as required and in a timely manner Interact and train customers by offering status reports of service before, during, and after each call and explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences Participate in available training through regional technician trainers, off-site learning modules, and Daikin Learning. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
