About The Position

We are seeking a candidate with hands-on experience in the startup, configuration, and commissioning of JACE Niagara controllers and Tridium Server graphics environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in deploying Niagara Framework-based systems and integrating building automation protocols such as BACnet and Modbus. Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Niagara Framework architecture and JACE hardware platforms (e.g., JACE 8000, JACE 9000, JCI FX-90).
  • Experience with Niagara Workbench tools for programming, graphics development, and system diagnostics.
  • Familiarity with Tridium Server deployment and graphics customization.
  • Having Level 1 and Level 2 certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Ability to relate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience.
  • Demonstrated advanced computer skills required, particularly computer-related drafting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial setup and commissioning of JACE controllers using Niagara Workbench.
  • Configure and optimize Niagara 4 environments, including station creation, network integration, and driver setup.
  • Develop and deploy custom graphical user interfaces (GUIs) on Tridium Servers for real-time monitoring and control.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device communication, data point mapping, and graphic rendering.
  • Collaborate with engineering and field teams to ensure seamless integration with HVAC, lighting, and energy systems.
  • Document commissioning procedures and provide training to end users and facility managers.
