As a Field Support Engineer at Johnson Controls, you will be dedicated to supporting a major client entirely in the field. Your responsibilities will include the design, configuration, and operation of complete building control systems, including other low voltage control sub-systems such as lighting, nurse call, and data networks. You will be accountable to field teams for the quality, timeliness, and efficiency of designs, and will develop complex software programs, commissioning, and troubleshooting to ensure proper operations of the building control system. Additionally, you will provide detailed information and submittals to communicate design and operation to customers, consultants, and the Johnson Controls field installation team.
