About The Position

Responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role ensures systems operate safely and efficiently, while delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with commercial clients.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
CFC universal certification.
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience making sound repair vs. replace decisions.
Advanced customer service and communication skills.
Ability to safely operate lifts, ladders, and other required equipment.
Demonstrated leadership and accountability in fieldwork.
Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices and air balancing principles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2-5 years of commercial HVAC service experience.

Nice To Haves

EPA Universal Certification.
Certificate of completion from an accredited HVAC technical program.
NATE Certification.
Fully equipped with basic HVAC service tools.
OSHA knowledge
HVAC tech school certificate or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

Arrive at the job sites on time and prepare, following dispatch instructions.
Perform maintenance, diagnostic testing, and repairs on a variety of commercial HVAC systems.
Report equipment issues to the Service Dispatcher and assist in coordinating parts procurement.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding work performed, repair options, and system recommendations.
Provide clients with replacement and upgrade options in line with company guidelines.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold company standards of customer service.
Complete accurate service tickets, reports, and required documentation.
Adhere to safety standards, codes, and regulations while on the job.
Other duties as assigned.
