The company is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Senior Service Technician to join its dynamic and innovative team, which values professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic. The Senior Service Technician will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in troubleshooting and servicing various types of HVAC equipment, along with strong leadership skills to mentor and guide junior technicians.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration
• Experience with a wide range of HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, and VAV systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid HVAC technician license/certification
• EPA Universal
• Valid Driver License w clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance and service calls for commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and provide effective solutions
• Perform installations and replacements of new equipment as needed
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, including parts used and time spent
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their HVAC systems are functioning properly and address any concerns or questions they may have
• Stay up to date with industry advancements and best practices in HVAC systems
• Comply with all safety protocols and procedures while on job sites
• Adhere to company policies and standards at all times
