Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Ability to access attics, small crawl spaces, and roofs as needed
  • High proficiency with technology and digital tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to educate homeowners on new systems and their benefits
  • Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Experienced with or knowledgeable about financing, CRM dispatching, running a 10-step sales process, and performing energy load calculations
  • In-home sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with homeowners, learning about their heating and air conditioning needs, and designing custom systems tailored to their specific desires
  • Recommending, selling, and explaining the benefits of humidifiers, UV lights, advanced filtration, duct cleaning, and more
  • Walking through homes and identifying hot/cold spots
  • Discussing tax incentives with homeowners and helping them make informed decisions
  • Building rapport with homeowners, fostering trust in your expertise, and finding the right solutions for their unique situations
